We are very relaxed and welcoming and try not to impose lots of strict terms and conditions. However the welfare of the cats staying with us is paramount so there are some health guidelines we have to ask you to follow to allow your cats to stay with us.
- All cats have up-to-date Feline enteritis and Cat Flu vaccinations, certification of these must be sent in advance or presented on arrival. We cannot accept cats without these.
- Flea & worming treatment up to date.
There are a few other things that you should be aware of:
- In the event of your cat(s) becoming ill, your cat(s) will be taken to your specified veterinary surgeon. Costs for veterinary treatment during your cat(s) stay will be incurred by the owner.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat arriving in a condition which is considered to present a possible health risk to other boarders
- Only cats from the same home may share accommodation.
Fees
A full day’s board is charged for days of arrival and departure. Boarding fees are payable in full at the time of departure. We don’t take advance payment but do ask that if you do need to cancel for any reason that you let us know soon as possible so that we can allow other cats to have the place.
